Join us as we celebrate former Town Councillor Moya Johnson in a park dedication on Saturday, June 1 at 11:00 a.m.
Moya served the community of Ward 3 for 28 years, championing health and safety, the library, diversity and accessibility, amongst many other initiatives. Moya’s dedication to public service has had a lasting impact on our community that continues even today.
Mayor Ann Lawlor and the Johnson family will be in attendance for the joyful and celebratory dedication. Community members of all ages are welcome and can enjoy light refreshments and lawn games.

Parking:
Parking is limited around the parkette area. A complimentary Activan shuttle service will be available from Georgetown District High School located at 70 Guelph Street, Georgetown. Shuttles will start at 10:15 a.m. and will run in 15-minute intervals.
Additional parking is available at the Georgetown GO Station located at 55 Queen Street.
