Halton Police have charged a 62-year-old man with impaired after he was found sleeping in his car in Georgetown.
Around 9:30 p.m. Saturday (May 4), Halton Police say they were informed of a man sleeping in a running vehicle on Jersey Lane.
Police arrived and after investigating, charged the man, who has no fixed address, with operation while impaired and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
