Local residents can learn more about keeping themselves safe online at a free cyber security seminar this week.
The session, set for Friday, Sept. 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Acton Legion, will be hosted by Chris Cambouris of Titan Tek Biz.
He’ll be teaching participants about how to navigate around a potential phishing attack, identity safety, how to secure your password, and tips to protect yourself from future attacks.
Limited spots are available. Free tickets can be picked up at Titan Tek Biz, 56 A Mill St. E., Acton.
Food and beverages will be available during the seminar through the Acton Legion.
