Man charged with failing to provide a breath sample in Georgetown

A 27-year-old has been charged with failing to provide a breath sample following a traffic stop in Georgetown.

On Sunday (July 7) around 11:30 p.m., Halton Police pulled a vehicle over in the area of Guelph and Albert streets.

As a result of its investigation, police charged a 27-year-old man from Shelburne with failure or refusal to comply with demand. 

Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired-related charges.
