HaltonHillsToday, in partnership with the Upper Credit Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.

Drax and Loki came from the same home and we are hoping to adopt them out together so they can still stay friends.

Drax is a year-and-a-half-old blonde and cream rottweiler/retriever mix who’s the life of the party! He’s lots of fun and is a very goofy, outgoing guy. He does still need some leash training, but improvements have already been seen in the shelter.

Drax also needs to learn what to do with his high energy as he still bounces around like a puppy. He’s not aggressive, just playful, friendly and very lovable.

Loki is a four-year-old black and tan rottweiler/retriever mix. He’s a gentle soul who loves to cuddle, play and is great on walks. A lovable and charming gentleman, Loki is sure to steal your heart!

Both are good with other dogs and would benefit from being in a fully-fenced yard to play.

If you are interested in the Pet of the Week, call the Upper Credit Humane Society at 519-833-2287 or send an email to [email protected] to learn more about them.
