With great sadness, the family announces the passing of John, peacefully on Thursday April 25, 2024 at the Georgetown Hospital, at the age of 89 years. John leaves behind his wife of 24 years Barb O'Reilly, his three children; Tim (Debbie) Vale, Kirsten Johnston and Christopher (Tina) O'Reilly. He also leaves behind nine wonderful grandchildren: Heidi, Cassie, Kayla, Douglas and Reilly Johnston and Dalton, Brody, Keygan and Shannon O'Reilly. Dear brother of Nancy McPherson and Geoffrey O'Reilly. John was predeceased by his wife Penny O'Reilly and his daughter Lisa O'Reilly. May they all rest in peace together.
A private family graveside service will be held at the Hamilton Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
