Alarm thwarts break-in attempt at Georgetown business

An alarm scared off two suspects attempting to break into a Georgetown commercial property over the weekend. 

Halton Police say around 11:10 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 9), two suspects attempted to pry open the locked door of an Armstrong Avenue business.

An alarm was triggered and police say the suspects fled before they could gain entry. Nothing was stolen.

The suspects are described as male, wearing dark clothing and face coverings.
