Three major local roads are set to expand and enhancements, and residents are invited to weigh in on the process.
Public feedback is now be accepted on the Region of Halton’s Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) study for the following roadways:
- James Snow Parkway from Britannia Road to Hwy. 401
- Steeles Avenue from Regional Road 25 to Trafalgar Road
- Regional Road 25 from 5 Side Road to 10 Side Road
Roadway widening, cross-sectional requirements, active transportation, transit supportive infrastructure and intersection upgrades are among the improvements being explored in the study.
Residents can review this within the digital presentation and offer input, which will be considered in the next phase of the study.
The deadline for feedback is Jan. 10.
