A Milton couple is still coming to grips with their recent fortune.
Million-dollar windfalls tend to have that effect.
William and Cindy Beaulieu and Brampton friend Marc Duperrouzel have had plenty to celebrate since matching all seven ENCORE numbers in order to win $1-million in the Nov. 16 LOTTO 6/49 draw.
“It’s unbelievable! We couldn’t have imagined this would happen to us,” said Cindy, part of the trio that’s been playing together for about six years.
The couple plans to pay some bills with their winnings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Bronte Street South in Milton.
