HaltonHillsToday, in partnership with the Upper Credit Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.
At the end of November, one of our staff members at the Upper Credit Humane Society Thrift Store arrived to open up and found a small carrier full of young rabbits sitting outside the front door.
They were all squished in this carrier with a note asking that a new home be found for them. It was very cold out and our staff quickly took them in to warm up before bringing them here to the shelter.
We were able to place them all in a foster home for a while, but they are now back here at the shelter and ready for adoption.
These rabbits - named Nickle, Cloud, Moon Stone and Marble - can be adopted individually, in a pair or all four. They have all been spayed/neutered and are very well socialized and fun to be around. Their litter training is also coming along very well.
