Bryce Evans has seen the devastating effects of cyber crimes and experienced bullying firsthand.

Now, he’s bringing his 40 years of law enforcement experience to Georgetown to educate local adults at a free presentation set for Feb. 25 starting at 6:30 p.m. at Norval United Church (14015 Danby Rd., Georgetown).

Evans - president and CEO of Outside the Box Security Solutions Inc. - will cover a variety of topics that focus on how to protect the safety, security and well-being of children and to minimize the short and long-term consequences of bullying, cyberbullying, victimization and school violence.

Topics will also include student sextortion, social media and online gaming dangers, artificial intelligence, mental health, and student self-harm and suicide from bullying.

The presentation is designed for an adult audience and is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
