Peacefully, on Friday June 21, 2024, at his home in Wabana, Belle Island, Nfld.
Brian, formerly of Georgetown, 67 years of age, husband of the late Anne Knee (2018). Loving father of David Butcher, Andrew Knee and the late Jonathan Butcher (2009) and Ruth Anne Butcher (1971). Loved grandpa of Beau, Blake, David Jr. and Courtney. Dear brother-in-law of Danny Perkins (Betty). Brian was known as a hard working person at his job as an electrician and immensely enjoyed the outdoors, nature, ice fishing, playing darts and horseshoes, riding his motorcycle and was a member of Scouts Canada for many years. Brian will be forever remembered by his family as a very loving, caring, kind and generous person.
Friends will be received in the chapel at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Saturday July 13, 2024 from 10 a.m. until time of Brian’s Celebration of Life in the chapel at 11 a.m. The Celebration of Life can also be viewed by livestream. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar Room. Memorial contributions to Br. # 120 Royal Canadian Legion, Georgetown would be appreciated.
