It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Francine Morson, on September 12, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on October 11, 1958, in Montréal, Québec, Francine was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished friend to many.

Francine was the loving wife of her dear husband of 37 years, Lorenzo Morson, and their beloved daughters, Stephanie and Vanessa. She leaves behind her cherished sons-in-law, Stephane and Samuel, her adored grandchildren, Giulia and Matteo, and her loving sister, Nathalie Levasseur.

Francine was a ray of sunshine to everyone she encountered. Known for her bright smile and joyful spirit, she had a unique ability to lift the spirits of those around her. Her warmth and positive energy were a source of comfort and inspiration to her family and friends.

She found immense joy in spending time with her loved ones and embraced life to the fullest. One of her greatest passions was traveling the world with her husband and daughters, exploring new cultures, and creating unforgettable memories together. Francine's adventurous spirit and curiosity about the world enriched the lives of those who accompanied her on these journeys.

In her community, Francine was known for her kindness and generosity, always ready to offer support to those in need. She was a woman of deep compassion, who found fulfilment in helping others and spreading love wherever she went. Francine will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her legacy of love, joy, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Visitation will be held at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Tuesday, September 17, from 6-8 p.m. where friends and family will gather to honour her memory. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Holy Cross Parish, 14400 Argyll Rd, Georgetown at 10:30 a.m. A reception will follow at the Granite Ridge Golf Club, 9503 Dublin Line, Milton.
