It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of James Wesley Scarlett, born on March 12, 1978. Jamie left this world after a courageous battle, leaving behind an indelible mark on the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Jamie is survived by the love of his life, Melanie, and his beloved son, Madison. He also leaves behind his parents, Lesley (David) and Jim (Susan), his brother Stephen (Debbie), and his sister Julie, brother Matthew (Carlos). Jamie will be deeply missed by his nieces Rachel and Juno and his nephew Mitchell. He was also a cherished son-in-law to Alfredo and Helena Melo.

His sharp sense of humour and sarcastic quips brought laughter and light to those around him, making every moment spent with him memorable.

Jamie touched countless lives with his kindness, always the first to lend a hand, no matter the circumstance. Whether helping a friend in need or offering support to a stranger, Jamie's selflessness knew no bounds.
