Halton Regional Police have charged a local resident with impaired following a weekend incident in Georgetown.
Police say they responded to a citizen-initiated complaint on Oct. 14 in the area of Delrex Boulevard and Edward Street.
As a result of an investigation, a 25-year-old male from Halton Hills was charged with operation while impaired.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
