A Halton Hills woman has been charged with impaired driving after being stopped in Acton over the weekend.
Acting on a citizen complaint, Halton Police responded to the area of Queen Street and Tanners Drive Sunday afternoon.
The vehicle was located and stopped around 5 p.m. As a result of the police investigation, a 50-year-old Halton Hills resident was charged with blood alcohol concentration of 80 mg or more, within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
