Halton Regional Police are investigating after a Georgetown home was broken into Saturday.
Police say sometime between 4 and 10 p.m., a house in the area of Mountainview Road South and 10 Sideroad had its front door forced open.
Nobody was home at the time. The suspect or suspects rummaged through several rooms, but police say it appears that nothing was taken.
The damage to the home is estimated at under $5,000.
There are no suspect descriptions available at this time. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
