A Halton Hills man has been charged with impaired driving in Milton.
Around 9:45 p.m. Saturday (July 6), Halton Police responded to a citizen complaint of a possible impaired driver. Police located the vehicle in the area of Britannia Road and James Snow Parkway.
As a result of the investigation, a 44-year-old Halton Hills man was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
