Riding weather is here, and Halton Police are using social media to share tips and raise awareness of motorcycle safety.
Each week, HRPS Sgt. Rick Dodds posts a short "Motorcycle Monday" video on the @HaltonPolice account, where he talks about rules of the road, safety reminders and other information designed to educate everyone who uses local roads.
This week, he reminds all drivers that safety is a shared responsibility.
"Check your blind spots, slow down, don’t tailgate, and always use your turn signals," he advises.
Another Motorcycle Monday! And with it, a video reminder that road safety is a shared responsibility.
