Halton Police have charged a Brampton man with failing to provide a breath sample after finding a vehicle partially parked on the front lawn of a Georgetown residence.
At approximately 1 a.m. Saturday (Feb. 1), police discovered the pick up truck parked partly on the sidewalk and front lawn of an Eden Place home.
As a result of its investigation, police charged a 23-year-old Brampton man with failure or refusal to comply with demand.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired-related charges.
