Milton elementary teacher arrested in child luring investigation

Milton elementary school teacher Justin Zielke faces numerous child pornography-related charges following his arrest on Jan. 5.

A Milton elementary school teacher has been arrested in relation to an Internet child luring investigation that began in December.

Investigators believe that Justin Zielke, 44, of Ancaster, was in communication with children from all over the world and there may be additional victims, says a new release issued by Halton Regional Police.

"Zielke has been a teacher at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Elementary School in Milton since 2016," the release says. "Zielke goes by the name of Mr. Z to his students and uses various online personas including Dan Forest."

Zielke was held in custody and faces charges of:
    •    Possession of child pornography (two counts)
    •    Distribute child pornography
    •    Make child pornography
    •    Luring a child (two counts)
