Halton Police say an elderly man struck by a farm tractor in Georgetown late last month died as a result of the serious injuries he sustained.
Police confirmed today that the man, who was in his 80s, died Aug. 25.
The incident occurred on Maple Avenue across from Cedarvale Park around 10 a.m. Aug. 22. At the time, the man was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Halton Police say they've concluded their investigation and no charges will be laid.
