A Georgetown man has been charged with impaired driving after running into garbage cans with his vehicle at a local LCBO.
Halton Police responded to a call at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday (July 24) for a single-vehicle collision in Georgetown. Police say a vehicle had collided with garbage cans outside the LCBO on Guelph Street.
As a result of their investigation, a 43-year-old Georgetown resident has been charged with blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
