An 80-year-old man has been charged with impaired following a two-vehicle collision in Georgetown.
Halton Police officers responded to the collision in the area of Maple Avenue and Mountainview Road North around 7:45 p.m. Sunday.
As a result of their investigation, an 80-year-old Halton Hills resident was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
