An Acton man is facing impaired driving charges after his car left the road early Monday morning.
Halton Police responded to a car in the ditch at the intersection of Fifth Line and 32 Sideroad/Halton-Erin Road around 3:30 a.m. Monday.
As a result of its investigation, Halton Police charged a 52-year-old Acton man with operation while impaired and operation while prohibited.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
