A Brampton man has been charged with impaired after being stopped by Halton Police in Georgetown early Saturday morning.
Acting on a citizen-initiated complaint, police pulled a vehicle over in the area of Guelph Street and Moore Park Crescent around 3:15 a.m. Nov. 16.
As a result of its investigation, Halton Police charged a 41-year Brampton resident with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
