Halton Regional Police have charged a woman with impaired following a citizen complaint at the edge of Georgetown.
Police say around 4:40 a.m. Sunday (Dec. 29), officers responded to a driving complaint in the area of Hwy. 7 and 22 Sideroad in Halton Hills.
As a result of the investigation, a 36-year-old Scarborough woman was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
