Georgetown traffic stop leads to impaired charges for Halton Hills man

A 24-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving following a traffic stop in Georgetown Thursday night (Nov. 28)

Halton Police pulled the vehicle over in the area of Cleaveholm Drive and Mary Street.

As a result of its investigation, police have charged a Halton Hills resident with operation while impaired and operation while impaired–blood alcohol concentration.

Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
