A citizen complaint led to a Halton Hills man being charged with impaired driving earlier this week.
Halton Police say around 9 p.m. Tuesday (Feb. 11), officers responded to the complaint in the area of Steeles Avenue and Hornby Road in Hornby.
As a result of their investigation a 53-year-old Halton Hills resident was charged with operation while impaired and failure or refusal to comply with demand.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
