A Brampton man is facing an impaired driving charge following a local collision over the long weekend.
Halton Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in the area of Ninth Line and 5 Sideroad around 7:20 a.m. Sunday (Oct. 13).
As a result of its investigation, police charged a 47-year-old Brampton man with blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
