A crash in Milton this morning has claimed the life of one driver.
Police responded to a call around 11:26 a.m. today (July 4) near the intersection of Martin Street and Market Drive in Milton.
According to police, a white Ford Focus was travelling northbound on Market Drive, crossed over the centre median and struck a southbound Hyundai Elantra.
The driver of the Ford Focus was transported to Milton District Hospital, where police say he was pronounced dead.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit attended the scene and has assumed carriage of the investigation.
