A Milton man faced a frightening break-in Sunday (Jan. 12).
Halton Police report the man was held at gunpoint during a home invasion in the area of Walnut Landing and Proud Drive, with three suspects entering after the front door was forced open.
Police say a handgun was pointed at the man while the suspects searched for valuables.
They stole various jewelry and clothing before fleeing in a grey four-door hatchback driven by a fourth suspect, according to police.
Halton Police media relations officer Jeff Dillon said a second adult was home at the time, but was not involved in the altercation.
No physical injuries were suffered during the incident.
The three suspects that were observed are described as males of average height with thin builds. All were wearing face coverings.
