More than $5K in damages reported in Georgetown after vehicle keyed overnight

A vehicle in Georgetown sustained more than $5,000 in damage after being vandalized overnight Friday/Saturday.

Halton Regional Police are investigating after a vehicle in Georgetown was vandalized and damaged extensively overnight Friday/Saturday. 

Police say sometime between 9 p.m. on Oct. 4 and 2 a.m. on Oct. 5, a vehicle on Stewart MacLaren Road was keyed and vandalized, causing more than $5,000 in damage. 

No suspect description is available and no arrests have been made yet. The investigation is ongoing.
