Report of intoxicated woman at 8 a.m. in Georgetown leads to trafficking charges

A Halton Hills woman is facing multiple charges, including possession for the purpose of trafficking. 

At approximately 8 a.m. on Friday (Nov. 1), Halton Police responded to a report of an intoxicated woman in the Rona parking lot on Guelph Street in Georgetown.

As a result of a police investigation, a 31-year-old Halton Hills woman was charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime and fail to comply with being on an undertaking.
