Halton Police have charged a Brampton man with impaired driving following a local traffic stop.
At approximately 9:45 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 10), Halton Police pulled a vehicle over in the area of Mountainview Road and Guelph Street in Georgetown.
As a result of its investigation, police charged a 30-year-old Brampton resident with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
