A Halton Hills man is facing impaired driving charges after refusing to provide a breath sample.
Halton Regional Police responded to a citizen-initiated complaint Sunday (Sept. 1) afternoon. At approximately 4:40 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Queen Street and Longfield Road in Acton.
As a result of its investigation, a 66-year-old Halton Hills resident was charged with impaired operation and refusal to comply with demand.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
