Your Christmas card can do more than bring a smile to the receiver’s face this year.
That is, for those who purchase them through the Halton Catholic District School Board, which is offering bundles of three faith-based card designs.
The 12-card packs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for a minimum donation of $10. Proceeds will support families in need through the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
The designs are based on selections from last year’s Keeping Christ in Christmas contest.
For parents, students and teachers, cards will be mailed via courier to their home school. For members of the community, the cards will be sent to the HCDSB head office at 802 Drury Lane in Burlington. Arrangements for pick up can be made by calling the reception desk at 905-632-6300.
