A Halton Hills man has been charged with impaired while operating a Bobcat skid steer.
Around 11:45 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 29), following a citizen complaint, Halton Police responded to the area of Guelph Street and Delrex Boulevard.
Halton Police say they found a man operating a skid steer on Guelph Street.
As a result of their investigation, a 41-year-old Halton Hills resident was charged with impaired operation and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
