Thieves smash glass with crowbar, steal cash and cigarettes at Acton gas station

Halton Regional Police are looking for two suspects following a break-in at an Acton gas station.

Halton Police say around 11:25 p.m. Feb. 6, two men - one carrying a crowbar - smashed the glass door of the Esso gas station on Guelph Street in Acton. 

The suspects targeted the cash register and cigarettes, according to police, with the value of the stolen goods being estimated at under $5,000.

The suspects are described as males with average builds, wearing dark-coloured clothing and face coverings. No further details are currently available.
